Return & Exchange Policy

If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item to initiate a return or exchange. We accept returns on all non-personalized items in their original condition and packaging. Personalized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
